Dr. Michelle Steinys founded Core Chiropractic Health Center over 23 years ago, bringing a background in psychology and a personal history with chronic health challenges into her approach to care. Her focus on female health and fertility grew out of her own experience, which is part of why patients describe her as thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in getting to the root of what's going on.
As a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Illinois, Dr. Steinys is recognized as a primary care physician, meaning she looks at the whole picture: your movement, your lifestyle, your stress, and your goals, not just your spine. Dr. Steinys also trains for races alongside her own patients and is a familiar face on the 606 trail; she believes an active community is a healthy community.
