Conditions treated

  • Spinal conditions
  • Herniated discs:
The cartilage in between in the vertebrae helps to absorb shock from our body. If pressure is applied to the weaker areas of the disc, they may bulge or herniate and put pressure on the nerves or spinal cord.
  • Sprains/strains:
Minor tears in muscle, tendon, or ligament are commonly treated with the chiropractic adjustment and such modalities as: electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, kinesiotaping, and acupuncture. The initial goal is to control any pain, swelling and inflammation. After the initial inflammation has subsided, rehabilitation of the joint/muscle complex will restore normal function.

Inflammation of the sciatic nerve may cause pain/numbness into the thigh, leg, or foot
